If you have short-term image processing needs, or it is difficult to assess the demand and time interval, it is recommended to purchase by credit. If you have continuous image processing needs, it is recommended to choose a monthly subscription.

Credits can be used for the website AIPhotor.com, not in PC and mobile applications. If you want to use the application, please purchase it in PC software or mobile APP.

You can change your subscription plan at any time. The upgrade will take effect immediately, and the downgrade will take effect from the following month.

Yes, you can get an invoice for each order. Generally, when you pay successfully, you will receive an email from the payment platform with an electronic invoice. If you fail to receive the invoice, feel free to contact our support for help. Contact support [email protected] for an invoice.

Before the expiration, if you have not used up the monthly subscription credits, you can renew to accumulate the credits to the next month. If it has expired and you do not renew, the remaining credits will be cleared.

No long-term obligation: All plans can be cancelled or upgraded/downgraded any time. If you want to cancel the AIPhotor subscription service, please contact our support [email protected] for help

The subscription credits will be consumed first. Subscription credits are time-limited, and lifetime credits have no time limit and never expire. For example, if there are 100 lifetime credits and 500 subscription credits in your account, it will be deducted from the 500 subscription credits first and then the 100 lifetime credits.

AIPhotor supports PNG, JPG, JPEG, BMP. The resolution of the images should be less than 4096 x 4096, the file size should not exceed 10M.
